Strong muscles are essential for health, the whole body and many systems.
The positive side of a strong muscle is:
- You can perform various tasks and walk a long distance tirelessly, without discomfort;
- You burn calories much faster, maintain a healthy weight, therefore, minimize the risk of many pathologies;
- You have a restful sleep, positive mood and energy;
- You maintain a good posture, which by itself will prevent back or waist pain;
- People with strong muscles rarely have injuries caused by falls, maintain good body balance and are more flexible.
