Anger management

Anger management

No one is insured against anger, though few if any know how to behave in an unpleasant situation.

As you know, it is almost impossible to control words on a hot, angry heart! Keep your head down though, because on a calm mind, after analyzing the situation most people regret and are ashamed of what they said.

Try to ease the tension with humor, but even in this case you will have to find a golden mean - there is a big difference between humor and sarcasm.

Avoid any situation that disrupts the nervous system as much as possible.

Introducing other methods of anger management:

  •  Take a deep breath;
  •  Imagine you are somewhere else, even on the beach (any place you are happy with);
  •  Take a walk, enjoy the fresh air;
  •  Do not forget that everyone has a problem, tomorrow will be much better and years later you may even feel completely pointless about the issue to which you sacrificed the nervous system in this particular section;
  •  Write down what makes you angry and why;
  •  Do not raise your voice for a while, relax, think about what you will say;
  •  Talk about anger, your emotions to friends, family. Consult a psychologist if necessary;
  •  Everyone knows what helps to relax, for example, reading a book, watching a favorite TV series, maybe aromatic coffee? Assist with any relaxation method.
