Physical activity during social distance

Physical activity during social distance

Social distance is one of the most effective methods of preventing the spread of coronavirus.

Many people have switched to remote control mode, following the recommendations, and walk along the street infrequently or in case of special need.

Here are some ways to help you maintain physical activity even at a social distance:

  • Walking. The best way is walking in the yard (keep the distance). If you cannot get into the yard, take a walk home. Turn on your favorite music and go from room to room amid a pleasant melody;
  • Cardio training is also possible at home;
  • What would you say about dancing in the guest room?
  • We offer another effective method - yoga. Yoga is good for both physical and mental health. It will help you relax.
