  • Keep calm and try to minimize stress as chronic stress is one of the main enemies of a healthy immune system;
  • Moderate alcohol consumption;
  • Vitamins are helpful for immunity, and especially: A, B6, C, D and E. However, vitamin C is one of the most effective remedies and can be obtained with citrus. Keep in mind that the natural way to get rich in vitamins is a healthy fruit, and multivitamins (as tablets) should be prescribed by your doctor based on relevant research;
  • Vegetables, fruits and nuts are rich in nutrients. It is advisable to increase the ration with these useful products;
  • You cannot improve immunity by eating alone, and physical activity is also required. With regular exercise the body will always be ready to fight infections;
  • Unfortunately, many people forget how important sleep is. Immunity is weakened due to any insomnia or sleep problems;
  • Tobacco is harmful to health and significantly reduced immunity from smoke;
  • Walk for 10-15 minutes in sunny weather and naturally consume vitamin D.
