Sensitive Stomach.

“Sensitive stomach” is a non-medical term used to describe a stomach that is easily irritated or upset. Some people associate stomach sensitivity with specific foods, and sometimes the cause is unknown.

Rarely, almost everyone experiences some type of stomach problem/discomfort, but if you often experience stomach irritation, you likely have a sensitive stomach.

The following symptoms are characteristic:

  • Excessive gas in the intestines;
  • Bloating;
  • Indigestion;
  • Heartburn;
  • Acid reflux;
  • Nausea;
  • Vomiting;
  • Abdominal pain;
  • Diarrhea;
  • Constipation.

In case of these severe symptoms, see a doctor:

  • Chronic or acute abdominal pain that prevents you from performing normal activities, daily activities;
  • Blood in the stool;
  • Severe diarrhea that lasts more than 2 days;
  • Nocturnal diarrhea;
  • Unexplained fever;
  • Allergic reaction.
