- Do not continue moving, sit or lie down;

- Move your head slowly and carefully;
- Try to relax;
- When dizzy, there is a high risk of falling, and therefore, injuring limbs, and therefore if you have an elderly person at home, it would be advisable for them to use crutches;

- Get out of bed slowly and sit for a while before you start walking, that is, let your body get used to it;
