Foamy urine

Foamy urine

As if the urine foamed - should we be worried in such a case?

Foamy urine is not always a sign of disease and is often caused by toilet cleaning chemicals or rapid urination (when the bladder is full and emptying quickly).

However, if you notice other symptoms along with foamy urine, the cause is probably a health problem.

The body warns you if the following signs are expressed along with foamy urine:

  • Swelling in the limbs, face and abdomen;
  • Fatigue;
  • Loss of appetite
  • Nausea;
  • Vomiting;
  • Problems related to sleep;
  • The amount of urine has changed;
  • Cloudy urine;
  • Dark colored urine;
  • Infertility or dry orgasm (in men).

Be sure to consult a doctor in case of the following symptoms:

  • You still have foamy urine even after several days, that is, the condition has not changed;
  • Do you have other symptoms (swelling, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, fatigue);
  • Urine is cloudy or you notice blood in your urine.
