The silent killer in your body.
High blood pressure (hypertension in the medical language) really justifies the nickname - yes, it progresses silently, secretly, asymptomatically and becomes the provoking of life-threatening pathologies.
When the pressure is too high, a person may feel some discomfort and symptoms (severe headache, blurred vision, chest pain, etc.), however, in a large percentage of clinical cases, it occurs without any warning signs. That is why it is necessary to check the blood pressure regularly.

Sometimes even a healthy lifestyle is enough to regulate blood pressure numbers, but sometimes drug therapy is necessary.
