What is a mental health disorder?

Mental health includes a person's psychological, emotional and social well-being - it determines the way you think, behave, interact with society.

Contributing risk factors are:

  • Alcohol, drugs;
  • You do not feel support from friends and family members;
  • Traumatic childbirth or a baby born in a high-risk pregnancy;
  • Chronic diseases in the anamnesis;

  • Sleep problem;
  • Strong stress in life;
  • Traumatic brain injury;
  • History of abuse or traumatic life event.
