How to recognize the symptoms?

Kidney inflammation is a term that includes various kidney diseases.

The main symptoms are:

• Reducing the amount of urine;
• Swelling of legs and face;
• Blood in the urine or cloudy urine;
• High blood pressure.

Other symptoms include:

• General weakness;
• Fatigue;
• Nausea;
• Vomiting;
• High fever;
• Pain in the kidney;
• Pale skin.

The causes are:

• Immunological and autoimmune processes in the kidney;
• Some medications;

Provided for diagnosis:

• Laboratory analysis of blood and urine;
• Ultrasound research;
• Biopsy and CT scan may be necessary.

The course of treatment is individual and depends on the underlying cause, severity of the disease. The following is prescribed:

• Antibiotics in case of bacterial infection;
• In case of high blood pressure, appropriate medications to regulate blood pressure;
• Dialysis.

Consult a doctor if you experience the following symptoms:

• The amount of urine is reduced;
• Blood in the urine;
• Urine is unusually cloudy;
• Swelling of legs and face;
• High blood pressure;
• Pain in the upper abdomen or sides;
• General weakness, feeling unwell.
• Metabolic disorders.
