If your legs are swollen.

Painless swelling of the legs is a common complaint. Certain methods can alleviate the discomfort.

It is recommended to:

  • Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day
  •  Soak in a cool Epsom salt bath for about 15 to 20 minutes
  •  Elevate your feet, preferably above your heart
  •  Get moving!
  •  Magnesium supplements can be helpful for some people (Almonds, tofu, spinach, dark chocolate, broccoli, avocados)
  •  Limit salt
  •  Lose weight if you’re overweight
  •  Massage your feet
  •  Increase your intake of potassium-rich foods (sweet potatoes, white beans, bananas, salmon, chicken)
  •  Drink orange juice, low-fat milk;
  •  Do not take carbonated and sweet drinks.
