Vacation is over and are you looking forward to returning to work?
If these words calm you down I will tell you that you are not alone and suffer from post- holiday depression in almost every part of the world.
Prevention
- Before you go on vacation, consider the following:
- Before you leave home, tidy up
- Put something inexpensive and fun on your calendar. Plan a fun event in which you will not spend a lot of money, for example, buy a movie ticket, plan lunch with a friend and more. This event will help you easily return to the usual rhythm of life.
- Control your budget. Do not forget that after returning from vacation, before you go to work, a number of small and necessary expenses will appear.
- If you are able to choose a vacation so that you can rest at home for at least one day after the trip, you will be able to regain energy.
