Are you on a diet?
With the approach of summer, social networks are filled with various diets, but only a dietitian or endocrinologist should recommend the right diet for you.
If you have a history of any disease and are on medication, it is not allowed to arbitrarily change your diet and even more so follow a diet. This recommendation applies to practically healthy people - many people think of a diet as starvation and leave the body without the necessary fuel, that is, food.
The buckwheat diet popular in society is a mono-diet and is allowed only for a few days. A mono-diet means that a person eats only one specific product, for example, buckwheat, three times a day for several days. You can also drink kefir or green tea as a snack. Of course, you should drink water.
Keep in mind that this is a detoxification diet to cleanse the body and it is not allowed to eat only one specific food for a long time. During a detox diet, a person loses weight, gains energy, expels harmful toxins from the body, and improves mood.
You should always remember one important detail - every human body is individual, but it has one thing in common, which means that stressing it with hunger is dangerous and requires a diet rich in nutrients.
