Sun, brown spots on the skin.

These types of spots are non-cancerous, do not cause health problems and appear in an area ofthe skin that is not exposed to sunlight.

Some people prefer to get rid of spots, for cosmetic reasons (the procedure has nothing to do with health, nothing will hurt if you leave it, it just depends on your desire). In order to completely remove or fade sun spots, a number of treatment methods are prescribed (both professional and home treatment).

Sun spots mainly appear on the face, back, arms, and shoulders. It is often fixed from the age of 40 - sometimes it appears at a much younger or later age, depending on how much time you spend in the sun.

Methods to prevent sunspots are:

  • Do not use the solarium;
  • Avoid the sun from 10:00 to 15:00;
  • Apply sunscreen before going outside;
  • Cover your body with clothes as much as possible.
