The golden rule of sleep hygiene for you and your family:

  • Go to bed at the same time every day;
  • Remove electronic items from the bedroom;
  • The ideal air temperature for peaceful sleep is 15-19 degrees;
  • Take a warm bath before going to bed;
  • It is not only adults who have to deal with a stressful environment during the day, and unfortunately, this discomfort is well known to little people as well. That's why reduce irritants (white noise, dark curtains, noise-canceling earplugs, etc.).
