How do we know that we lose a lot of blood during menstruation?
Most women lose about 2-3 tablespoons of blood during their cycle; During a heavy period, in case of heavy bleeding, the blood loss is twice as much.
You are losing too much blood if you notice the following signs:
- You have to change tampons or diapers even at bedtime;
- To avoid leakage on the underwear, put 2 diapers at the same time;
- large blood clots;
- The pad or tampon will soon become soaked with blood.

Call an emergency if you are losing a lot of blood from your vagina or have any of the following symptoms along with the bleeding:
