By what method is it possible to harden/strengthen the muscle?

Muscular strength and endurance depend on the ability to move properly, the ability to lift things.

The following types of exercises are recommended for muscle strengthening:

  • Jumping;
  • Sit-ups;
  • Lifts;
  • Swimming.

What is the difference between muscular strength and endurance?

Muscular strength determines how much weight you can lift, what type of load you can handle. Muscular endurance determines how much the muscle is able to resist the load and contract for a long time.

Strong muscles are essential for health, the whole body and many systems.

The positive side of a strong muscle is:

  • You can perform various tasks and walk a long distance tirelessly, without discomfort;
  • You burn calories much faster, maintain a healthy weight, therefore, minimize the risk of many pathologies;
  • You have a restful sleep, positive mood and energy;
  • You maintain a good posture, which by itself will prevent back or waist pain;
  • People with strong muscles rarely have injuries caused by falls, maintain good body balance and are more flexible.
