What should you know about musculoskeletal disorders?

It is a disease that affects muscles, bones and joints.

Includes the following diseases:

  • Fibromyalgia;
  • Bone fracture.

Musculoskeletal pathologies are common - the risk of the disease increases with age.

The degree and severity of dysfunction varies from person to person, for example, some patients experience pain or discomfort, while others have difficulty performing daily activities.

The following symptoms are characteristic:

  • Pain;
  • Stiffness of the joint;
  • Swelling;
  • Dull pain.

The risk factors of the disease are: family anamnesis, age, lifestyle, level of physical activity.

Certain conditions contribute to damage to the musculoskeletal system:

  • Sitting in the same position every day;
  • Lifting heavy objects;
