How to avoid stomach pain?

Abdominal pain is mostly perceived as stomach discomfort, although it is quite possible that the unpleasant sensation originates from a completely different organ.

In a large percentage of clinical cases, the causes are gas accumulation in the intestines, constipation, diarrhea, food allergies, food poisoning, menstruation, stomach flu. However, sometimes the discomfort is caused by a more dangerous pathology.

Be sure to consult a doctor if you cannot relate the abdominal pain to anything, the symptom has become chronic or the condition has worsened.

Sometimes abdominal pain cannot be completely prevented. However, with certain methods, the risk of abdominal pain can be minimized.

I recommend:

  • Eat healthy products, avoid sour, spicy, fatty foods;
  • Drink water often during the day;
  • Exercise regularly;
  • Eat a small portion;
  • Do not sleep for at least 2 hours after dinner, exercise as much as possible, move.
