Restful sleep is essential for health.

If you recognize these signs, your body is not lacking sleep, i.e. you are sleeping for the recommended time:

  •  You wake up before the alarm clock, you feel calm and good;
  •  You don't need caffeine to wake up or improve your mood;
  •  You are not worried about weight problems. You may be surprised, but it is a fact - one of the contributing risk factors for obesity is lack of sleep. Against the background of peaceful sleep, all hormones function properly;
  •  The skin is clean. There is some connection between lack of sleep and stress, as well as stress and acne;
  •  You have a good mood;
  •  You don't want to eat unhealthy products; you don't even remember sweet or carbonated drinks. Remember, hormones regulate hunger and cravings, but sleep controls food intake.
