It should be noted that a heart attack may be accompanied by other symptoms, for example: cold sweat, nausea or a feeling of heart failure.
Symptoms are different in men and women
The most common symptoms of a heart attack in both men and women are chest pain or discomfort. However, other additional symptoms are more often observed in female patients than in males, namely: shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, back or jaw pain.
