Kiketi

Kiketi

In the suburbs of Tbilisi, just a few minutes drive, there are many resorts and villages where you can enjoy the hot summer days: Gomarduli, Gombori, Tetri Tskaro (White Springs), Manglisi, Tskneti, Kojori, Kiketi and more. Kiketi attracts the visitors with its proximity to the city and the wonderful climate. The village belongs to Mtatsminda district. It is located on the southeastern branch of the Trialeti Range, 1200 m above sea level. Near the village stands a monument of architecture “kabeni”.

Kiketi is a more locally-owned children's resort. There are mild winters, warm and dry summers.
On Manglisi Road, at the Kiketi crossing, a bicycle lane begins where there marathons are held. The bicycle lane passes through Kiketi and runs through the forest in the direction of Assyria. The road overlooks the beautiful view of Kvemo Kartli. There are hardly any uphills on the route, as there is a downhill to Assyria. After reaching the ridge, the route crosses a huge meadow and ends at the Assyrian-Tbilisi-Tetritskaro road. Using of mountain bike is recommended.
