What type of complaint does a person have during a cold?

Symptoms of a cold appear in accordance with the stages, for example, they are manifested in an early, active and late form.

 

Early stage symptoms are:

  • Nasal congestion;
  • Cough;
  • Muffled voice.

 

Signs of the active phase are:

 

  • Body pain;
  • Headache;
  • Tearfulness;
  • Nasal discharge;
  • Fatigue;
  • Heat.

Late stage

 

At this stage, the symptoms begin to subside, the general state of the patient's health improves, although some symptoms may still bother you. For example, some people at this stage develop a cough - a cough may persist for up to 2 months after a respiratory infection.

 

If symptoms worsen or fever reappears, be sure to consult your doctor. In similar clinical cases, complications are often observed and other types of infection, bronchitis, sinusitis or inflammation of the lungs may be detected.
